small crisis averted When you need to get the car fixed, it costs a bit of money, and we forgot to factor in food.

We had *some* but not enough to last a week. nor the funds to buy said replacement food.

Until i remembered my CapOne credit card. We paid that sucker off! meaning we had a good chunk of change to spare for food, as long as we be good and pay it off right away.

We didnt get a lot, but it is enough! Just need to remind myself to send $41 to capone on thursday
Need to also send a very kind thank you note to the neighbor upstairs. Despite my concern over the phone number use (see past entries), he has been nothing but nice to us concerning our little devil cat, Cole. He likes to sneak out when no one is paying attention…and the neighbor lets us know it.

This are a bit weird around here. Just bazaar coincidences and stuff like that. Remember my post about the air force/army guy trying to contact the Air base? Well something similar has been happing for a debt collection agency.

What are the odds that the person in the apartment one above us (#6) gave a debt collection agency OUR number? We’ve been receiving phone calls from them for a John M. (name changed to protect the other person). I finally called the agency, and when i called they were able to bring up the account right away (must have traced my number), because the rep asked if i was John.

I calmly (i hate phones xD me using them calmly is funny!), and cheerfully told her my full name, she asked if i lived at (alter my address xD) 123 Fake Street Apt #6. I told her nope, i live below him at 123 Fake Street #4, she told me they would update their records.

I am tempted to call the non emergency police line to see if this is possible a way to pull credit fraud or something. But how did the guy upstairs even GET my number, except that we are now in the phone book… which he has access to… my brain races with millions of ideas.

In other fun and good news… *points at bathroom* Its time to retire my beloved MLP shower curtain. I am going to hang it up in the cat/dining room or something silly like that Its starting to break in the shower ring holes, so its retirement time. So we bought a new one today. Its almost a festive winter one. We were highly amused upon finding it, cause its clear, colorful, and winterly at the same time I cant show you the curtain, because its not on Targets website, but they have matching bedsheets that i am so sorely tempted to get. Just pretend the white is actually clear vinyl XD

xD i want both sets actually… i only have 2 or three sets of sheets right now, so it wouldnt hurt to have more xD I think thats the big thing i want this year… *points to calender* its about time i comprised a list. At least in my mind, since i like to get done early xD

I also found the most perfect wrapping paper for the holidays. Nothing says Merry Christmas like Transformers wrap xD
